British values are embedded across all aspects of our school life and curriculum. We actively promote democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect, and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. These principles underpin our commitment to 'our values of Ambition, Community, and Equality', ensuring every child is prepared for life in modern Britain.

Through lessons, events, assemblies, pupil voice activities, and our policies, we teach children to respect others, make informed choices, and understand the importance of fairness and responsibility. Our approach ensures these values are not taught in isolation but are consistently reinforced in a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive

Celebrating our Culture at E.F.P.S.

We love celebrating our cultures and learning about each other. During our Culture Day, we had speakers coming to tell us all about their culture. We wore outfits which represented our culture and had a wonderful day learning and celebrating with each other.

British Value Week

In addition to threading British Values through our everyday life and curriculum, we have a 'British Values Week' five times a year. Each week is themed with one of the British Values. We learn using a progressive scheme which helps us to understand the British Values and why they are important.
